Monarch Beach Resort Will be Operated by KSL

Monarch Beach Resort

Monarch Beach Resort will be operated by Starwood Hotels and Resorts as a St. Regis resort through May 31. It will then be rebranded as Monarch Beach Resort and will be operated by KSL Resorts.

Monarch Beach isn’t just facing a rebranding period, but also a $40 million renovation. The new look will include a revamp of the resort’s 400 rooms and public spaces. It also introduces five new dining concepts and an expanded pool and pool bar. Also part of the major renovation is the Miraval Life in Balance Spa at Monarch Beach Resort, which just opened.

The 30,000-sqaure-foot spa has 24 treatment rooms, spa suites for couples, a spa boutique, a full-service nail salon, Drybar, Deborah Lippmann Nail Salon and relaxation and tranquility zones.

More than 70 of the signature spa treatments developed at Miraval Arizona are offered, including NÂGAand Shamana-Karma treatments. The spa brand flagship property is Miraval Resort & Spa at Tucson, Arizona.

New treatments, at Monarch Beach, take inspiration from the local environment and include coastal-inspired ingredients, including sea salt, crystal salt stones, algae and marine muds. Note: There will be spa memberships available for area residents.
