Looking to stay fit and have a great vacation? We've rounded up five new and notable wellness offerings to stay healthy on the road.
The Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit recently debuted 12 new Wellness Suites, which offer perks like a personal Spa Concierge, who provides counsel on spa treatments, as well as in-suite fitness amenities, including a yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a Life Fitness Activate Series Recumbent Lifecycle Exercise Bike.
After an intro by the Spa Concierge, guests can enjoy a massage on the upper terrace of the suite with views of the Banderas Bay. In the evening, an Alchimia Apothecary Aromatherapy Kit with scents ranging from cedar and lavender to tangerine and myrrh, and Vitamin C Sprinkler that lightly spritzes guests on command with a warm bath of vitamin C essential oils is available.
Stay tuned: This month sister property Casa Velas is set to roll out two Wellness Suites of its own.
Also coming up this month is Ashford Castle's Yoga Retreat, which takes place at the luxe Ireland property from November 19 through 22. At the event yoga teacher Ata Baechler of Insens Geneva will lead guests through daily yoga sessions.
