Nantucket Island Resorts’ 2013 early booking offerings have been announced.
Participating in the promotions for 2013 include: Jared Coffin House, a whaler’s-house-turned-inn just steps from Main Street; The Cottages & Lofts at the Boat Basin, a pet-friendly WOOF cottages; White Elephant, named the #9 hotel in the Northeast by Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards; The Wauwinet, which earned the #5 spot among the Top 45 Hotels in the Northeast from Condé Nast Traveler’s Readers’ Choice Awards; and White Elephant Village | Residences & Inn, whose amenities include a pool and complimentary bikes.
Nantucket Island Resorts’ properties regularly receive awards and accolades. The Wauwinet, for instance, was ranked 17th in Andrew Harper Readers' Choice Awards Top US Hideaways (less than 50 rooms) for 2012; fifth in Condé Nast Traveler Top 45 Hotels in the Northeast U.S. in 2012; and winner of Gold Medal: Best Luxury Hotel in Inquirer & Mirror. White Elephant & Brant Point Grill was ranked 20th in Andrew Harper Readers' Choice Awards Top 20 Family Hotels 2012; ninth in Condé Nast Traveler Top 45 Hotels in the Northeast U.S. 2012; and second Best Hotel on Nantucket in 2012 in U.S. News and World Report. Meanwhile, Nantucket Boat Basin was cited by MarinaLife Best Transient Marina in 2010 and 2011; and received the Nantucket Race Week's 2010 Clean Harbor Award.
