SoHo may not exactly be Paris, but it's getting a bit closer. We hear that the restaurant trio behind notable spots like Provence and L'Orange Bleue are about to open The Broome, a chic new hotel in SoHo that will bring the Left Bank a little closer to home.
According to Conde Nast Traveler, the team spent seven years transforming a Federal-style building into 14 modish rooms. Cool touch: The building was once home to a commune of artists in the '80s. Tres bien! All rooms are accessed from the hotel's five-story atrium cafe/lobby.
Rooms will start at $359 per night.
