New Chef at Malliouhana Hotel & Spa

Malliouhana Hotel & Spa in Anguilla has hired Belgian chef Frederic Cougnon to helm Michel Rostang at Malliouhana and Le Bistro restaurants. Cougnon oversees all daily aspects of the restaurant’s kitchen and works in synergy with Maitre D’ Chesney Hughes. Cougnon was executive chef at the Inn at English Harbour, Antigua. www.malliouhana.com
