Hamptonites have a new reason to head east this summer (as if the sun and sand weren't enough). We hear that Bay Kitchen Bar has opened in East Hampton, the latest culinary venture from Chef-Owner Eric Miller and Co-Owner Richard Silver.
Bay Kitchen Bar opened on April 17 and is offering dinner and "Sunset Happy Hour" Thursday through Sunday. Additional weekday hours and lunch service will be added in May.
The menu will range from Raw Bar options like locally sourced Little Nick Clams and Seasonal Market Oysters. Guests can then move onto signature Fish & Chips, Fried Eastern Whole Belly Clams, Local Striped Bass and Dayboat Sea Scallops. To drink? Sample a refreshing cocktail from Juleps to Sauvignon Blanc Sangria or a Watermelon Basil Margarita.
