The St. Regis Mexico City has launched La Table Krug, a new restaurant from Executive Chef Sylvain Desbois.
The collaboration between Möet Hennessy Mexico and The St. Regis Mexico City is meant to pay tribute to Maison Krug. The new venue will offer an 11-course culinary experience, exclusively for 12 guests, with signature recipes using ingredients like King crab, Sologne caviar, Wagyu prime cuts, Kumamoto oysters, black truffles and Maine lobster, along with other locally sourced products. Chef Desbois will create a new menu each week.
The dining experience will take place Tuesday through Saturday beginning at 8 p.m.
Chef Desbois has worked with Michelin starred French chefs, Bernard Loiseau and Eric Frechom, during his tenure at Le Bristol in Paris.
