There's a new set of faces to know at The New York Palace. The property has appointed two new sales managers to its team: Jackie Kelley and Josephine Fontana. In their new roles, Jackie Kelley will serve as the hotel’s entertainment sales manager and Josephine Fontana will be the senior group sales manager.
Jackie Kelley will oversee sales initiatives for the hotel, with a focus on the entertainment industry. Prior to joining The New York Palace team, Kelley was most recently employed as the area sales manager for Vikram Chatwal Hotels, a high-end boutique hotel group that owns properties including The Plaza, Dream Hotels and The Chatwal NYC.
After receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas, Kelley was hired as the resort marketing coordinator for Wynn Las Vegas where she was one of the opening staff members. Following this role, Kelley joined the team at Le Parker Meridian New York as a corporate sales coordinator and was later promoted to an entertainment sales executive.
Josephine Fontana |
Josephine Fontana will serve as The New York Palace's senior group sales manager. She joins the hotel most recently from The Plaza Hotel, where she held the position of group sales manager for over two years after serving as diplomatic sales manager and group sales coordinator. Fontana's prior experience includes positions at Jumeirah Essex House and Mandarin Oriental New York.
Fontana received a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from New York University's Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management, during which she was the recipient of NYC & Company Foundation's Leadership in Tourism Scholarship.
