Chef Rene Redzepi (of Noma fame) is taking his world-renowned restaurant to the far East. We hear that the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo has announced a partnership with the Danish chef to bring the restaurant to Japan.
From January 9-31, 2015, the hotel's Signature restaurant will be completely transformed to house Noma, and its culinary team. fifty guests will be indulged at each lunch and dinner seating.
Bookings for dinner will be available from June 23, 2014 and can only be made when booking the Noma at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo palace.
