The Oetker Collection has announced the nomination of Jean-Pierre Soutric as the company's senior vice president sales and marketing as of mid October, replacing Didier Le Calvez, who is promoted to the position of chief operating officer.
The move comes during a three-year period of expansion at the luxury hotel company, including the recent addition of The Lanesborough London and Villa Stéphanie. More is yet to come -- in our recent cover profile of Oetker Collection CEO Frank Marrenbach, we took a look at the company's future plans and more.
Soutric has over 35 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, including a 20-year tenure with Four Seasons where he was notably a member of the Four Seasons George V opening team and more recently vice president corporate and travel industry sales, Europe.
Soutric's appointment comes following recent senior management promotions within the sales and marketing division, including Caroline Goux as vice president sales, Joëlle Edwards-Tonks as vice president marketing and Alain Brière, vice president communications.
