UNNA Living says Roterberg is well-placed to oversee both properties’ collection of villa-style accommodations, two food and beverage outlets, spa, and concierge and guest experience program.

With two to five-bedroom luxury harbor-front villas, Port Ferdinand Yacht & Beach Club Residences is situated in a full-service marina and yachting community. Amenities include Sandbox Tree Spa and fitness center, yacht berths and services, pool and beach access, two waterfront restaurants and Nikki Beach Club.

With three- and five-bedroom beachfront villas, sister property St. Peter’s Bay Resort & Residences offers villa-style residences spread over an acre of beach. Amenities include a lagoon-style swimming pool, fitness center, a water sports activity center, and a beachfront dining venue.

Both properties, as reported by our sibling publication, Travel Agentare offering diving experiences. A selection of them, fusing both scuba diving and snorkeling, will take guests across wrecks and reefs in Carlisle Bay Marine Park suited for divers of all levels.
