New luxury hotel The Reverie Saigon just set a date for its official grand opening: September 1.
The luxury hotel, which underwent a soft opening back in April, anchors the 39 floor Times Square building in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City’s District 1.
A member of Leading Hotels of the World, the exterior strives for a contemporary effect, while the interiors are based on more lush Italian influences.
For foodies, there are three major dining venues - The Royal Pavilion (Chinese), R&J (Italian) and Café Cardinal (French) – plus The Long @ Times Square, a ground-floor café with a long bar that spans the distance between fashionable Dong Khoi Street and Nguyen Hue Boulevard.
The property also sports a spa with 10 treatment rooms and a beauty salon, a gym and fitness center, and 89 one- and two-bedroom luxury residences, dubbed The Reverie Residence. These full-service, extended stay apartments also get their own separate entrance and private lounge.
The hotel is close to Ho Chi Minh City's historic Lam Son Square, City Hall and the banks of the Saigon River. Notre Dame Cathedral, Reunification Palace and the Museum of Ho Chi Minh City all lie within a kilometer of the hotel.
