Ritz-Carlton Chicago Joins Ritz-Carlton Hotel System

Ritz ChicagoThe Ritz-Carlton Chicago is expected to join the Ritz-Carlton Hotel System in August. The hotel will become a full participant in the Ritz-Carlton hotel portfolio and all of its programs.

The new designation will enable guests to make reservations on the hotel website and receive benefits from the Ritz-Carlton Rewards guest loyalty program.

Since it first opened in 1975, the 429-room property has been operating under The Ritz-Carlton name, but had not yet been fully integrated into the The Ritz-Carlton system.

Occupying the 15th to 30th floors of Water Tower Place on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, the hotel includes 101 suites, a full-service spa, extensive meeting space and a rooftop restaurant and bar. Over the next two years, the hotel will undergo renovations of its public spaces and guestrooms.
