Royal Savoy Hotel Reopens With New Spa

Royal Savoy

The Lausanne Convention Bureau has announced the re-opening of the newly renovated, five-star Royal Savoy Hotel. The project took five years to complete and cost 100 million CHF. Included in the new construction is a new spa facility and extensive renovations and upgrades.

For clients looking to host a large event, Royal Savoy Hotel can welcome up to 480 people for events. Guests can stay in one of the 196 rooms and enjoy the spa, pool and fitness center.

We like the idea of holding an event and enjoying before or after drinks on the Sky Terrace, which has panoramic views of the city. The hotel also offers dining opportunities in the new gourmet brasserie restaurant run by chef Marc Haeberlin and chef Julien Krauss.

The city of Lausanne has 60 hotels and more than 20 museums. While in town, guests should visit The Olympic Museum or travel just 40 minutes to the Alps for skiing opportunities.
