With digital continually growing, I am constantly reviewing content, tools and online presence. Last year, we launched the Luxury Travel Expo Connect virtual tool in order to enhance pre-show communication and networking for our audience. This year, we added new web 2.0 tools, namely Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and our Luxury Travel Expo Blog. Launching these efforts took time and research. Bottom line: I educated myself on how to properly leverage these social networking tools.
