Luxury phone maker Vertu unveiled its first touchscreen mobile at an event in Milan attended by the likes of Uma Thurman and Clive Owen. The phone, called the Constellation, retails for just north of $6,000 and has a crystal touchscreen.

Guess what? This version is one of Vertu's cheaper models, but the hand-built Constellation come with a host of top-end applications, which Vertu's president Perry Oosting thinks wil make it a game changer.

Purchase of a Vertu phone gives users access to a concierge service through which they receive assistance, priority bookings to events and assistance around the world.

The 3.5-inch touchscreen is made of sapphire crystal and the back plate comes in a number of different leathers.
