Singular Hotels (of Singular Patagonia fame) is readying to launch their second hotel project, this time in an urban environment. As of October 1, Singular Santiago will open in Santiago, Chile’s Lastarria district.
The family-owned and operated hotel invested almost $20 million in the 70,000 square foot city center hotel. Local architect Federico Prieto led the design of the project. The hotel will have a 3,000-square-opt SPA and fitness facility, a fine dining restaurant, 24-hour room service, as well as a casual bar. The property will also have a rooftop outdoor pool, Sky Rooftop Lounge and four meeting rooms.
French-style restaurant led by Chefs Laurent Pasqualatto and Alvaro Romero will focus on “high gastronomy” and using French techniques to enhance Chilean dishes.
