Sneak Peek: Four Seasons Resort Dubai Now Accepting Reservations

Exciting news from the UAE today, where the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach announced that reservations are now open for arrivals beginning December 1, and that the hotel is scheduled to open on November 1.

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has balconies off each of the 237 guests rooms and suites – some so large that they can accommodate both a daybed and a dining table – offer panoramic views of either the sea or the city skyline, including the Burj Khalia.

Three suites on the Resort’s topmost fifth floor include the two 5,900-square-foot Presidential Suites, each with its own media room, private gym and panoramic sea views from the terrace; and the Royal Suite, which covers 6,458 square feet and has a spa, gym, butler’s room and a grand living room with its own piano—perfect for entertaining.

Coming Up: We hear the Resort plans to open freestanding villa in the property's private gardens...but no details as of yet. Stay tuned!

Inside, guests can sleep on the new fully customizable Four Seasons Beds. (Just let the hotel team know if it should be firm, medium or soft and it will be adjusted to each guest's needs.)

Foodies will be in luck: The resort has 10 dining and lounge options, with five restaurants and lounges managed by Four Seasons and led by Executive Chef Gilles Arzur, a French native who comes to Dubai straight from the Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills (A Four Seasons Hotel) in California. Independent venues include two concepts by celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, two additional venues by Zuma restaurants, and the Provocateur Night Club, a small and exclusive lounge featuring top international DJs.

Business travelers will be able to use 12,900 square feet of event space that can accommodate high-tech meetings to high-end galas.  Outdoor events can take place on the ballroom terrace and beachfront lawns, while the Dana Ballroom is a good indoor option for up to 360 seated guests, as well as four smaller rooms accommodating 12 to 100. A separate arrival area takes guests directly to the function rooms without having to go through the main lobby, and all rooms open to the Resort’s gardens and pools. The hotel also offers easy access to Dubai's business hubs.

The Resort has a natural 886-foot beachfront, so it is a great pick for those who want to get some sun and sand. For relaxing, the resort will have an on-property watersports center with kayaks, dinghies, catamarans and paddleboards; two outdoor, free-form swimming pools; and Day Villas, or “super cabanas,” that include a private sun terrace plus minibar, flatscreen TV in an air-conditioned interior, private indoor and outdoor showers and a bathroom. In the evening, a firepit is set up right on the beach.

The spa, meanwhile, will include ten treatment rooms, a U-shaped aqua thermal area, a juice bar and boutique and an indoor pool

Bonus: Guests who book before September 30 can take advantage of special rates with the Introductory Offer or the Introductory Bed and Breakfast Rate for stays between December 1 and February 28, 2015.
