As of September, Istanbul will have a new VIP address. Raffles officially opens its doors on September 1 at the heart of the Zorlu Center, a new hub for fashion, food and the arts, overlooking the Bosphorus, the Princess Islands and the peninsula.
We hear fans of Le Royal Monceau – Raffles Paris will delight in the sleek, modern interiors of the sister property in Istanbul (think a collection of artwork, specially commissioned from local artists mixing paintings, sculpture, photography and video). The hotel even has its own Art Concierge to steer clients through the city’s new art scene. Fashionistas, we didn’t forget you! There will also be a personal shopping and styling service to take guests through the city.
The hotel has 132 guest rooms and 49 suites. There are also two restaurants and two bars, including an interpretation of the iconic Long Bar at Raffles Hotel in Singapore. Other amenities include an indoor and outdoor pool, a helipad and a raffles Spa, which will weigh in at 32,000 square feet.
Hotel guests will benefit from direct access to the Performance Arts Centre, which will offer dramas and musicals simultaneously with their openings in London and Broadway.
