Mallorca to Get a JW Marriott Resort

Mallorca, SpainIn other fun news out of Mallorca, Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of a Park Hyatt resort in 2015. Designed like a traditional Mallorcan hilltop village overlooking the Canyamel valley and the medieval village of Artá, the Park Hyatt Mallorca will be Hyatt’s first property on the Mediterranean isle off the eastern coast of Spain.

Situated next to an 18-hole golf course, the resort will have 142 guest rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology two restaurants, a poolside bar, a beach club, 13,000 square foot spa, fitness center, and 13,000 square feet of meeting and event space.
