General Manager, Hotel Eden, Rome

It’s a bittersweet feeling walking throughout the hotel and seeing it empty in all its beauty and majesty. This brings me back a few years when we were getting ready for our grand reopening in 2017; I am sure the same positive energy will fill it once we reopen our doors. In the meantime, although the hotel is closed, its life continues. We are taking advantage of this time to carry out maintenance and improvements that are more complex when the hotel is operating with guests in-house. Most importantly, we are getting ready with new processes and experiences, while ensuring the safety and health of our guests and employees remain at the forefront of all we do. This, too, will pass and when people feel comfortable to travel, I look forward to welcoming our guests and team back to Hotel Eden in Rome. Stay safe!
