We've heard that sunswept Halekulani in Oahu, Hawaii is poised for the sultry summer with a slew of cocktail creations themed around two competitive race events.
Tim Rita, who helms the bar at the piano bar, Lewers Lounge has crafted delectable libations that celebrate the World-renowned Tour de France and Hawaii’s Tinman Triathlon.
The athletic-inspired cocktails are available from June 1 – July 31, 2011 to coincide with the dates of the Tour de France (July 2 – 24, 2011) and the Tinman Triathlon (July 24, 2011).
The Winner's Cup boasts a blend of Bacardi, Pineapple and sparkling wine while Le Trajet (the journey) combines cognac with champagne and fresh lemon.
