Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection has announced the appointment of Kristian Anderson as the senior vice president of global sales.
In his new role, Anderson will be responsible for overseeing creative sales development, strategy, and progress to meet the company’s revenue goals, in addition to setting higher standards to meet moving forward.
Prior to joining Uniworld, Anderson served as senior vice president & general manager at Silversea Cruises, where he oversaw the American markets. At Silversea, he helped increase sales by targeting untapped markets, refining organizational efficiency, and ultimately, significantly increased revenue for the company.
Anderson began his career in the airline industry, working for some of the largest U.S.-based legacy carriers and global airlines in revenue management, commercial administration and sales. He worked in the airline industry for a cumulative 24 years.
Anderson assumes his position on September 6.
