Night owls will flock to the Delano Las Vegas this September to sip and savor cocktails at the lobby lounge, Franklin.
The luxury hotel’s social center, Franklin will serve up swank cocktails while DJs spin in the background. We hear premium liquors will highlight the drink menu, with one-of-a-kind spirits including Glen Moray scotch, a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon and Delano’s hand-selected Black Barrel Mt. Gay rum. Alongside libations, guests can order a selection of small bites and appetizers like Grilled Flatbread Cambozola with caramelized pears and walnuts; selections of charcuterie and cheeses; and sea-salted Pommes Frites with Smoked Pepper Ktechup; and Fried Pig Ears with toagarashi, lime and black garlic-yuzo aioli.
So what to drink? The menu is a dizzying array of ingredients, but we hear the ones to try are the Basil Paloma (think lime juice, basil and Jarritos grapefruit soda with Siet Leguas Blanco Tequila) or the New Deal (with D’Usse Cognac, Licor 43, fresh lemon juice and orgeat syrup, sweetened with emulsified Bonne Maman Plum Mirabelle marmalade).
