Crystal Cruises was the winner of Best Luxury Cruise Line for the second year in a row.

Best Family Program: Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, Florida, USA
Best Spa: Dolder Grand Spa, The Dolder Grand, Zurich, Switzerland
Most Innovative Guest Experience (tie): Corcovado Experience, Belmond Copacabana Palace, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Red Carpet Ready, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, California, USA

Hotel winners were based on a survey of Virtuoso member agencies and travel advisors.
Award winners were recongized at a gala dinner on August 13, at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, which closed the annual Virtuoso Travel Week conference. Hosted by Virtuoso Chairman and CEO Matthew D. Upchurch, the gala attracted more than 2,700 attendees.
