West Hollywood Announces New Restaurant Openings

West Hollywood, formerly known as the West Hollywood Marketing & Visitors Bureau, has announced that on top of favorites like Lucques, Eveleigh, Cecconi’s, BOA Steakhouse, and Craig’s, new restaurants are to add to West Hollywood’s collection of dining choices.

One of the major new restaurants in West Hollywood is RivaBella (9201 Sunset Boulevard, pictured below), a fine-dining Italian concept from Innovative Dining Group (IDG) in partnership with chef Gino Angelini that features an indoor-outdoor space, evocative of a rustic Tuscan farmhouse accented by contemporary elements.

Other recent openings include: Don’t Tell Mama, an outpost of the famed NYC restaurant and piano bar, which opened in late February (8729 Santa Monica Boulevard); V Wine Bar, a library-themed wine bar with a friendly vibe and range of carefully curated wine selections (903 Westmount Drive); Laurel Hardware, a converted hardware store that has attracted a devoted following with its seasonal menu and inspired cocktails in a casual atmosphere (7984 Santa Monica Boulevard); and Gorge, an intimate charcuterie house and wine bar from Executive Chef Elia Aboumrad of Top Chef fame (8917 Sunset Boulevard).

Also opening are: Osteria Drago, the newest Italian restaurant from Celestino Drago (8741 Sunset Boulevard); SUR Lounge, which is the setting for the Bravo TV reality series, “Vanderpump Rules” (606 N. Robertson Boulevard); Pink Taco, set in a fully restored landmark building that has housed the Players Club, the Roxbury and Miyagi’s over the decades (8225 Sunset Boulevard); and Tortilla Republic, a modern Mexican restaurant that offers innovate twists on traditional classics in a contemporary setting (616 N. Robertson Boulevard).
