Raffles Singapore is planning a major renovation. This is a big deal; the hotel originally opened in 1887 and is an iconic national monument. The first phase of the refit will deal with the Raffles Hotel Arcade. The second phase is set to begin in mid-2017. This part of the renovation will touch the main building, lobby, and some suites. The third phase is set to be complete in the second quarter of 2018. This last phase will focus on the technology of the resort. And as a final touch, award-winning designer Alexandra Champalimaud will create the interiors. Take a look at all the details, here.
