Worldview Travel has named Mike Dawson president and Elaine San Juan general manager, leisure.
Dawson succeeds founder Ricci Zukerman, who has assumed the role of chairman. In his new role Dawson will oversee the leisure and corporate travel operations across the companies in the U.S., Canada and Bermuda. Dawson’s key focus will be to continue the growth of each company, including new acquisitions, and drive increased efficiencies and profitability. He will also oversee the roll out of aDX, Worldview’s proprietary new digital booking platform.
Dawson has 35 years of business experience, with the last 23 years spent in the travel industry. He has been involved with brands that include Merit Travel Group, BudgetRent-a-Car and Pepsi Co.

As general manager, leisure, San Juan will drive Worldview’s efforts to grow and optimize leisure sales, as well as to increase the brand’s presence in key markets through new affiliate relationships as well as by growing its independent contractor relationships.
San Juan brings 25 years of experience in the travel industry to her new role. Prior to joining Worldview, she served as COO and partner at Cadence Travel, where she helped to grow revenue four-fold. Prior to Cadence, she was executive vice president of Avoya/Anderson Travel, managing 13 agencies with both leisure and corporate travel operations.
