Viceroy Hotel Group has been tapped to manage the Yas Hotel on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, effective immediately. The hotel boasts 499 luxury rooms, with 75 suites, each at 531 square feet and above. Notable accents include floor-to-ceiling glass panels installed throughout the guest accommodations, allowing for water views. The hotel is located at the heart of the Yas Marina Circuit.
The management contract marks Viceroy's first Middle East deal. The group includes locations in Anguilla, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Miami and will open in the Maldives in the fall. Brad Korzen, CEO of Viceroy Hotel Group, says the deal marks Viceroy's continued international development.
