Rora Private Collection Launches New Safari Experience for 2024

Rora Private Collection has launched its “Ultimate Safari Experience,” combining a stay at its new camp, Molori Mashuma in Zimbabwe’s Mana Pools, and Molori Safari lodge, located in the Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa. The package, now available for stays beginning in April 2024, will allow travelers to experience an African safari in two diverse ecosystems for game-viewing and a multitude of activities. Guests can enjoy local cuisine and a selection of fine wines and spirits, often served al fresco, as well as in-suite spa treatments. Guests visiting both camps will also positively impact conservation and community efforts in the region.

The “Ultimate Safari Experience” package is an eight-day getaway, inviting travelers to spend four days each at Molori Mashuma and Molori Safari lodge. At Molori Mashuma, guests can expect to go on walking safaris and game drives. The newly opened property is open during the area’s dry season, from April through October, offering guests the opportunity to experience the four pools, Mashuma Pan—which Molori Mashuma surrounds—and the Zambezi River, attracting wildlife, including hippos and crocodiles. There are just six tented suites.

At Molori Safari lodge, guests can enjoy luxurious, private accommodations. The property is also home to the Molori Safari Spa, where guests can enjoy locally inspired treatments. Madikwe Game Reserve is home to abundant wildlife, including the "Super Seven" (lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, leopards, cheetahs and African wild dogs). The camp’s guides lead guests to the area’s best game-viewing spots during each safari to capture these views. Guests can also dive deeper into local culture with cooking classes.

The package accommodates up to 16 travelers and provides each group with a guide. Guests will have exclusive access to certain areas and activities, including game drives and complimentary F&B experiences throughout the trip.
