Loyal W fans listen up: Starwood Hotels & Resorts is making its first W foray into India with the opening of W Mumbai, expected to open by 2015.
The scoop: The 350-room property will sit in south central Mumbai amid a blend of modern architecture and colonial cultural monuments. We hear that the hotel will include two WOW Suites and one Extreme WOW Suite (think Presidential Suite) as well as two contemporary restaurants and one destination bar, the signature W lounge, WET pool deck, SWEAT (a fitness center) and a signature spa.
