Dine on Joel Robuchon’s Cuisine in Air France Business Class

Air France, Joel RobuchonFlying Air France from Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle? Passengers in Business Class on long-haul flights are in for a treat. Star French chef Joel Robuchon has designed a signature menu featuring “sublimely simple” dishes emphasizing quality products. Air France has launched a new program where it enlists the country’s top chefs as ambassadors of the art of French Gastronomy. Robuchon is the first such chef, and his culinary creations started appearing onboard Air France flights in December.

For a six month period, Business Class passengers will have a choice of four hot meal choices like Basque shrimp and turmeric-scented pasta with lemon grass; Chicken breast in green curry sauce, poppy seed rice, carrots and shiitake mushrooms; and Crayfish pasta with Nantua sauce. Robuchon currently holds 27 Michelin stars as the head of more than 20 dining establishments worldwide.
