Aman Resorts, Hotels & Residences has announced its debut in the United Arab Emirates with Aman Dubai.
Aman Dubai will occupy a prime beachfront setting in the Jumeirah 2 neighborhood with an expansive private beach. Encompassing an all-suite hotel, Aman Dubai will also house a limited number of luxury branded residences, a signature spa measuring more than 21,500 square feet, a choice of F&B venues, as well as an Aman Club.
Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Dubai will be situated on Jumeirah Beach. With nine acres of gardens, Aman Dubai will offer views of the Persian Gulf and the city skyline. It will also showcase the brand’s minimal and contemporary design aesthetic. The design utilizes local stone in a palette of desert tones and connects subterranean spaces and courtyards to gardens that descend to the beach and extend to private living spaces.
The project’s owner, Bright Start, is a real estate investment company with a portfolio of assets including residential developments, commercial venues and hospitality projects. The group will collaborate closely with Aman on the development of Aman Dubai. H&H Development, a real estate developer, is leading the delivery of this project. Aman Dubai is in the development phase, and further information about the property, including the opening date, will be released soon.
