Raffles Hotels & Resorts has appointed Diana Banks its new Vice President of Sales & Marketing.
In her new position, Banks will oversee the luxury hotel group's sales, marketing and communications functions. She comes to the role having spent the last 30 years working in strategic sales positions across companies in the industry, including Pegasus/Utell, Langham Hotel and The Grove resort in the UK. Just before signing on to Raffles, she held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Europe, Middle East & Africa at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
