New One&Only Resort to Open in Antigua in 2027

Kerzner International Holdings Limited has announced the signing of a new One&Only resort and community of private homes to be developed in Antigua. This latest addition to the exclusive One&Only collection, slated to open in 2027, will expand the ultra-luxury resort brand into the Caribbean, pairing Antigua’s landscapes with One&Only’s signature hospitality to create a new resort experience.

The resort will be located at Half Moon Bay, on the southeast side of the island. The 132-acre site overlooks a secluded semicircular beach, adjacent to a protected national park, with cliffs rising into panoramic views over the Caribbean.

The architectural design of the resort respects the terrain and minimal impact will be made to the location’s ecosystem during development. Blending with nature, the resort will provide indoor and outdoor spaces, panoramic views and chic living areas. Inspiration will be taken from Antigua’s history. As with every One&Only, experiences will be created to allow guests to enjoy the very best of what the island has to offer, encompassing nature, wildlife, cuisine and culture.

The upcoming opening in Antigua joins a number of highly anticipated new resorts for One&Only, including One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai U.A.E. (opening January 2024), One&Only Kéa Island in Greece (opening Spring 2024), and One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky Montana, United States.
