Santorini’s Grace Hotel Reopens With New Infinity Suites

Grace Hotel, Auberge Resorts Collection in Santorini, Greece, is now open for the summer. With its reopening, the boutique hotel has unveiled two new private Infinity Suites.

These new Infinity Suites expand the property’s accommodation offerings to 23 keys. Each Infinity Suite has a private entry, dining area, bedroom with natural fiber mattresses designed with sustainability in mind, a marble bathroom with a steam room shower, a separate living room with views of the sea and a private pool.

What else can guests expect? Chef Lefteris Lazarou helms Varoulko Santorini, the restaurant at Grace Hotel. The restaurant offers a Mediterranean menu, balanced by organic produce, local grains, herbs and spices, but primarily driven by fresh seafood. The hotel’s sommeliers will custom pair each course with wines from Grace’s 15,000 bottle international cellar.

The hotel’s 363 Bar is led by Thanos Prunarus, the founder of Baba Au Rum bar in Athens. Prunarus has curated a new avant-garde menu, comprising some of the best spirits from around the world, exclusively for Grace Hotel. The collaboration celebrates Santorini’s island vibes by emphasizing rum. Guests can now enjoy unconventional tiki and rum cocktails from Baba Au Rum’s original menu as well as libations crafted just for the hotel.

From exploring the red sands bordering the Aegean Sea to discovering wineries tucked away in the whitewashed villages of Kamari and Exo Gonia, the caldera coastline of Santorini encourages guests to explore new flavors and tastes. Travelers can embark on a wine tour savoring local wines from across the island or embark on a caviar and champagne tasting experience. They can try their hand at fishing with traditional methods including fishnets, fishing rods and line tackles or opt for a Greek pottery lesson. New activities for adrenaline seekers include kayaking, diving, jet skiing and horseback riding.
