Four Seasons Announces New Hotels Opening in 2015

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has announced it is opening five properties in 2015 in Florida, Hawaii, Morocco, Korea, and Bahrain. All of the locations will feature something to make them unique to the Four Seasons brand.

Surfside, Florida: Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club is scheduled to open in late 2015 and is a revival of the famous landmark that is known for its Hollywood and royal guests, such as Elizabeth Taylor and the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. It is the brand's fourth property in the state and will have 80 rooms, two restaurants, four swimming pools, a spa and a fitness center, as well as being 965 feet from the beach. In addition, the property will include private residences of 150 homes and penthouses in two towers.

Ko Olina, Hawaii: Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, meaning “Place of Joy”, is located on the third largest Hawaiian island and is set to open in late 2015. It will include 365 rooms and 180 private residences, designed by architect Edward Killingsworth

Casablanca, Morocco: Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, a part of Anfa Place, is expected to open in mid-2015 and will include 186 rooms and suites situated on the city’s oceanfront promenade. It will be the hotel’s second location in Morocco with a spa that offers a combination of progressive western and local therapies such as a traditional hammam and the top floor will be transformed into a French brasserie and bar.

Seoul, Korea:  Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is scheduled to open in late 2015 and is located in the Central Business District of Jongno-gu, near World Heritage Changdeokgung Palace. The 25-storey hotel will include 317 rooms, nine restaurants and bars, fitness facility complete with 3-D gold simulators and private membership club facilities. The building site contains the foundations from the ancient government structure Dangjudong 26 building which can be viewed through a glass floor in the feature restaurant.  

Kingdom of Bahrain: Four Season Hotel Bahrain Bay is located on a private island next to the Arabian Gulf and is set to open in early 2015. It will have 273 guest rooms with panoramic views and Chef Wolfgang Puck will be opening two restaurants, a bar, and a lounge.
