Shangri-La to No Longer Serve Shark Fin, Bluefin Tuna or Chilean Sea Bass

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts is making sustainable strides with its recent commitment to cease serving shark fin in all of its operated restaurants.

Similarly, the luxury brand will phase out Bluefin tuna and Chilean sea bass in all of its operated restaurants within this year.

Sanctuary, Shangri-La's Care for Nature project was introduced specifically to ensure consistency in biodiversity, conservation and habitat protection across all resorts.

Note: Future banquet bookings made prior to this date will be honored as per the signed contractual agreement.
