The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. has signed a management agreement with NDG Asia Pacific (NZ) Limited to open the first Ritz-Carlton property in New Zealand in 2019.
The Ritz-Carlton, Auckland will be located downtown next to SkyCity, a casino and event center. The hotel will have a 360-degree view of the city and its twin harbors. Additionally, guests will have access to the vineyards on Waiheke Island by helicopter, as well as the America’s Cup yacht race.
Outdoor spaces, both on street-level with a café and in the air with lounge terraces, will allow guests the chance to enjoy the scenery.
The hotel will have two fine dining options to complement the vibrant food scene in Auckland.
The Auckland social scene will see the debut of two Ritz-Carlton ballrooms for its showcase events and weddings, as well as enhancing the city’s international convention and meetings.
