Surrounded by the pure white sandy beaches and azure sea for which St. Barths is famous, Hotel Guanahani & Spa is comprised of pastel-colored cottages nestled in gardens full of bougainvillea and hibiscus. Mix up these refreshing drinks and you’ll be imbibing a dose of Caribbean sunshine- dreaming of a luxurious escape to paradise.

Frozen Piña colada

2 oz Bacardi blanc                                    Glass: long drink

1 oz ¾Coco Lopez                                    Method: blender

1 oz ¾ Pineapple juice                              Served: frozen

Decoration: flag pineapple/cherry maraschino Cinnamon on top

Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri

 

1 oz ½ Bacardi superior                        Glass: long drink

¾ oz Strawberry brandy                        Method: blender

¾ lime juice                                          Served: frozen

2 oz ½ strawberry pulp                        Decoration: slice of lime or strawberry

 

Vanilla Mojito


1 oz ¾ Stolichnaya vanilla                   Glass: long drink

A drop of simple syrup                        Method: muddler and shaker

Around 12 mint leaves                        Served: on the rocks with a drop of lime juice

Top Perrier (soda water)                      Decoration: slice of lime


Rum punch


1 oz ¼ R. St Barth (cool)                     Glass: long drink

½ oz Triple sec                                    Method: shaker

1/3 Cranberry juice                              Served: on the rocks
