Alila Villas Soori by SCDA Architects has announced that it was awarded “Best Resort Hotel in Asia Pacific” and “Best Resort Hotel Indonesia” at the Asia Pacific Hotel Awards 2013-2014. In its 19th year, the awards program celebrates the high level of achievement by hotels and their operating sectors.
Voted by hoteliers throughout Asia, Alila Villas Soori stood out from its competitors across 23 different countries in the qualities of design, development, and marketing. The judging panel consists of about 70 professionals from the property and hospitality industry, jointly chaired by Lord Bates and Sir David Michels, retired Group CEO of Hilton Hotels.
The International Hotel Awards upholds the international five-star standard of hotel ratings, the only organization to provide five-star accolades at an international level. The award winners’ logo is recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the world.
With this latest honor, the Alila Villas Soori continues to gain international recognition for its innovations. Other recent accolades include the Ultimate Villa Award 2012 by Island Destination, EarthCheck Silver Certification in 2012, and the UK Tatler Spa Award 2013 as the Most Heavenly Hideaway.
