Vienna's Hotel Bristol to Undergo Major Renovation

Here's a fresh look: Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna is kicking off a series of restorations (led by Pierre-Yves Rochon, we hear) with the debut of 10 new suites.

The full restoration will be a multi-million dollar affair and will last two years. We hear it's inspired by Viennese fin-de-siecle flair and Art Deco style. In addition to the suites, the redesign will include the hotel's ground floor areas (think lobby, Restaurant Bristol and Bar Bristol).

The new suites measure 645 to 807 square feet and are on the mezzanine floor of the hotel. They offer views of the Opera House and Vienna's Ring Boulevard through floor-to-ceiling windows.
