Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa has named Thomas Barguil as the hotel’s new general manager. Barguil, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, will manage and lead the staff at Avani through the resort’s first high season.
The hotel, which opened this past February, offers brand-new amenities for guests. The resort’s 124 guestrooms and suites have ocean and garden views, complimentary Wi-Fi and are furnished with bright, colorful interior décor.
Outside their private rooms, guests can lounge by the all-new 25-meter swimming pool, go on diving and snorkeling excursions, take surfing lessons, play tennis and even participate in onsite cooking classes, where they will learn to prepare local cuisines.
Guests can also enjoy a day at the resort’s garden spa, where they can choose among a variety of treatments, therapies and more. After, guests can sign up for onsite yoga classes.
