andBeyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp in Botswana Reopens After Upgrades

andBeyond Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp in Botswana recently reopened following an extensive refurbishment and refresh. The camp offers light and airy interiors that retain the original safari feel while offering a fresh and glamorous new look, according to a statement released by the property.

The nine exclusive tented suites have undergone a substantial transformation. While the original footprint has been retained, the old tents have been replaced with simple new structures with wide overhangs for shaded outdoor living and dramatic gum pole colonnades.

Inside, the layout has been reconfigured so that the king-sized beds, framed with headboards made from canvas and leather strips, face the Okavango Delta views.

Canvas and leather-paneled walls divide the bedroom from the ensuite bathroom, now with both indoor and outdoor showers.

The private verandas of the guest tents have been extended to create a comfortable and spacious sitting area.

Catering for the trend towards multi-generational travel, two of the tents have been converted into an inter-leading family suite by means of a covered walkway. A private vehicle is now also available at an additional cost.

Guests who wish to experience the new-look Nxabega Okavango Tented Camp in combination with other andBeyond camps in Botswana can make use of the company’s "Fly Me Over Botswana Safari." This special offer provides complimentary flights between camps for travelers spending a total of seven nights at up to three andBeyond lodges and camps in Botswana.
