Leviticus Lifestyle & Travel has unveiled Alkera, Anguilla’s newest luxury villa. Cresting the Shoal Bay East hillside and offering views of the Caribbean Sea, Alkera offers both privacy and serenity.
The 12,000-square-foot Alkera offers seamless indoor and outdoor living. The villa’s open living/dining area transitions smoothly onto an outdoor patio space, which leads to the heated infinity pool set against the backdrop of the ocean. Other highlights include an outdoor kitchen, bar and dining area set in the front garden for al fresco dining; an open-air shower; and an indoor garden.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom villa has huge glass panel doors, walk-in closets, walk-out patios and self-contained kitchen units. Alkera’s kitchen is equipped with all that is needed to prepare a family meal, be it a double oven and integrated refrigerator/freezer or full gas range and grill.
The villa’s partially underground recreational area has vaulted ceilings, earth tones, low lighting and exposed limestone. An adjacent private office allows for work while also offering ocean views. Other elements include a floating island platform for lounging in the infinity pool, hammocks and benches, and a home gym.
Villa Alkera’s nightly all-inclusive rates vary by season. Prices include services of a butler and chef, besides luxury, private chauffeured transportation from the port of entry into Anguilla to the villa.
