Priced at RMB 188 per person plus 15 percent surcharge, or RMB 228 with free-flowing soft drinks. Executive Chef Yuen Yi Fat and Dim Sum Chef Chiu Keng Chiu have devised a mouthwatering menu with some 40 Cantonese classics, including to-die-for steamed pork buns.

To quote National Geographic Traveler: “Inlaid with rescued hutong bricks, this ultra-luxe restaurant serves some of the city's best Cantonese food: chewy sautéed abalone, crisp taro spring rolls, moist pork buns.” Note: All Peninsula Hotels have now banned shark’s fin soup from their menus.
