The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach announced the second phase of its renovation project this week. The multi-million dollar re-design is inspired by international decorator Carleton Varney, who began working on the project in 2014. During the next part of the remodeling this summer, the hotel will focus on refurbishing its penthouses, villas, ballroom and meeting space. The hotel will remain open during the renovations.
This summer, guests can enjoy a variety of activities in and around The Colony Hotel, including walking along the Atlantic Ocean, shopping on Worth Avenue and lounging by the hotel’s free-form pool. Guests can also arrange for outdoor meals at the hotel’s onsite restaurants like Polo Steaks and Seafood, Palm Court and Café 155.
The hotel has also a number of summer events for guests on its calendar. On June 13 and 20, Eric Comstock and Barbara Fasano will perform for guests in the Royal Room for a night of dinner and dancing.
