Cox & Kings, The Americas Expands Europe Product

Cox & Kings, The Americas has presented a collection of new journeys to Europe available in the new year, offering additional experiences across the Old World. The new collection by Cox & Kings is said to introduce a “robust list of destinations, from the far reaches of the snow-capped glaciers of Iceland to the sun-drenched, cosmopolitan cafés of Spain”.

Each journey brings out the region’s local flavor, showcasing unique attractions and experiences specific to each destination. Itineraries feature interactive activities enabling travelers to not only take in the sights and sounds, but also become a part of the experience. These include: walking in archaeological sites, to marching in the traditional Parade of Costumes through Venice’s cobblestone streets.

“Venice Carnival and Lake Bled” – for seven days and six nights – includes visits into the Lake Bled region in Slovenia, boasting romantic scenery and picturesque landscapes; hot air balloon ride above the Julian Alps; and suiting up in Venice for the traditional Parade of Costumes.

“Treasures of The Adriatic” – for 11 days and 10 nights – brings travelers to Medieval villages with palaces and ancient gates alongside the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic; and Greek and Roman ruins and towering cathedrals perched high on ominous cliffs.

“Iceland: Aurora Borealis” – for five days and four nights – boasts a dip in its geothermal spa, the Blue Lagoon; and the chance to witness the Aurora Borealis dance in the clear winter skies.
