AmaWaterways has announced the extension of its pre- or post-cruise “Complimentary Land Package” offer on select Europe itineraries in 2024 and 2025. Now available for new reservations made through June 30, 2024, the offer provides guests with a choice of 20 complimentary two-, three- or four-night land packages as an extension to their river cruise vacation.
Here are a few destination highlights, including:
Paris – Travelers are invited to discover the city and its lesser-known treasures. Guests can add a two- or three-night Paris pre- or post-cruise land package to select seven-night itineraries, including “Paris & Normandy” and “Rhine & Moselle Splendors” river cruises.
Lisbon – The capital city of Portugal stretches across several hills along the Tagus River. Guests will see iconic landmarks like the Belém Tower and visit the mountain village of Serra de Sintra, summer residence of the Portuguese royal family for more than 500 years. Travelers can add a three-night Lisbon pre-cruise land package to select the seven-night “Enticing Douro” and “Flavors of Portugal & Spain” river cruises.
Geneva – Travelers are invited to explore the “Peace City” and gateway to the Swiss Alps. With traditions in both watchmaking and chocolate making, this city has a rich history, which guests will discover during the included excursions. Travelers will also visit Montreux and the Chillon Castle, a medieval island fortress. Options include the ability to add a three-night Geneva post-cruise land package to select the seven-night “Flavors of Burgundy” and “Essence of Burgundy & Provence” river cruises.
Good to know: The “Complimentary Land Package” includes a stay at a four- or five-star hotel in the heart of the city. Every AmaWaterways land package includes daily breakfast at the hotel, city tours and excursions, convenient transfers and luggage service between guests’ hotel and river cruise ship, as well as the services of a Cruise Manager throughout their river cruise and land journey.
In addition, AmaWaterways has extended its “Summer Triple Savings” and “Holiday Triple Savings” for all new reservations made through June 30, 2024. Both offers are combinable with AirPlus.
