Oceania Cruises has unveiled its new online Travel Advisor Center, which can be accessed at oceaniacruises.com/advisor.
As a part of the brand’s stream of OceaniaNEXT enhancements, the online agent portal has been redesigned to make it more intuitive and provide travel partners with the tools and information they need in order to offer their clients best-in-class service.
New features include:
- Plan a Cruise: This is the section advisors will visit when they are ready to make a new booking for a client or modify an existing reservation. They can add payments, make restaurant reservations, request shore excursions and much more. The online booking engine is currently the same one advisors use now but Oceania will be launching a new online booking portal in 2020.
- Marketing Tools: Here is where advisors can order brochures, access Oceania's Marketing Portal to download the latest marketing materials and access lifestyle and ship images to enhance their sales efforts. Travel partners will also be able create a co-branded website in a few easy steps and discover more about our guest profile.
- Sales Tips & Training: This section features business-building tools, such as an overview of Oceania's offers and special programs like OLife Choice and the Oceania Cruises Amenity Partnership Program (OCAPP), as well as the Sales Specialist Academy, reservation tools and details on our robust group program. Advisors will also be able to access details on Oceania ships and the destinations they cruise to.
- Travel Advisor Benefits: Here, advisors will learn about Oceania's Reduced Rate Travel, competitive commission program and its Cruise Connoisseur Club, its recognition program for high-performing travel agencies.
OceaniaNEXT comprises an array of enhancements, from new dining experiences and menus to the refurbishment of the brand’s six ships.
